Against fate

14 June 2024 year in the Chernihiv regional historical museum named after V.V. Тарновського відкрилась виставка художніх робіт лікарки Тетяни Тимченко. Tatyana has no art education, she studied at the Chernihiv Medical School, Oleksandr Bogomolets National Medical University, Platon Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. She worked as an infectious disease doctor. Now, teaches at the Chernihiv basic professional medical college.

Experience working with patients, own experience of fighting oncology, the spiritual path and the horror of war formed a certain worldview and philosophical perception of life, which was reflected in her works, which Tatiana started writing in the summer 2022 year. There is a mystery in the work of the artist, which she wants to share with others. Despite the serious illness, this beautiful and courageous woman lives, create, dreams against fate!

At the opening of the exhibition, Tatyana received a musical gift from the museum - the composition "You raise me up" by the Norwegian composer Rolf Lovland, performed by a Chernihiv violinist, Mykhailo Skidan, a teacher at Levko Revutsky Chernihiv Professional Music College.
