HEROES WITHOUT WEAPONS

6 April 2023 year in the Chernihiv Historical Museum. VV. "Heroes without weapons" exhibition opened in Tarnovsky, which aims to show the work of critical infrastructure enterprises, who ensured the life of our city in the most dramatic days of February-March 2022 year, during the period of hostilities in the region and the siege of the city. Despite the danger, the workers of these enterprises provided the townspeople with continuous shelling, as far as possible, gas, water, by light, хлібом. His employees are under fire, risking his life, got to their workplaces, so that we were with bread.

In peacetime, the bakery counted 350 employees. With the beginning of hostilities, they remained close 70. They baked bread, which the company's drivers and volunteers transported around the city, at the hospital, military. It lasted until 4 March, until then, until the mines landed on the territory of the enterprise. As a result, the premises are damaged, shop, 19 cars, who delivered bread. Work has stopped, but a boundless sense of responsibility and duty called the workers to the bakery, to ovens. On 11 In March, employees went back to work, began to bake bread, contrary to that, that there was no light, water, the gas pipeline was partially destroyed. Subsequently, the gas workers switched the lines, the government hoped for a generator, the waterworks began delivering water. The team of the bread factory under the leadership of the director Olha Zayka started working again.

Today, an indomitable friendly team is in search of new recipes for bakery products, so that the inhabitants of the city will always have fragrant bread.

The employees of the bakery held a tasting of Easter Pastries for everyone present. The products are diverse, made from natural products and extremely tasty. Each belt is a work of art, and the creators are real masters of their craft. Everyone present had the opportunity to choose the most delicious Paska for themselves.
