Rank “Honorary citizen of the region” awarded to the honored cultural worker Vira Zaichenko. The corresponding decision was taken by the deputies 18 December 2025 year during the session of the Chernihiv Regional Council.
Vira Zaichenko is an honored worker of culture of Ukraine, historian, ethnology, art critic, museologist, a master of artistic embroidery, former employee of the Chernihiv Regional Historical Museum named after. В.В.Тарновського, author of many monographs and catalogs on the history of embroidery in Chernihiv region.
