3D-model gun 1713 year

As part of the project "3D models of guns of the 17th and 18th centuries from the collection of the Chernihiv Historical Museum named after. VV. Tarnovsky" a 3D model of the gun was created “Nightingale” 1713 year with the coat of arms of Hadiac colonel Ivan Charnysh.

The cannon was cast in 1713 year on the territory of Ukraine, in Hlukhiv, the famous foundry Karp Balashevich. Its length is 97 see, калібр – 45 мм. It contains the image of the coat of arms of Hadyatsk colonel I. Charnysh with letters around it: “Е. Ц. P. In. In. On. P. T. И. Ч.” та напис: “дал: цару: серце главу: меч кровию пише: славу:”, “держит: готов: меч: без глави: the bloody battle is the sign of the right", “воспой: песнь: победи: красно: хвали: царя: велегласно: соловей”. There is no grapevine. It comes from the collection of V. Tarnovsky - No. 155 (каталог 1898 year). Purchased on the territory of the former Poltava province.

The virtual model of the gun was created as part of the project "3D models of guns of the 17th and 18th centuries (from the collection of the Chernihiv Historical Museum named after. VV. Tarnovsky)» jointly with the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with the support of the German Archaeological Institute (DAI).

Work on creating 3D models is being carried out: senior researcher of the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Vyacheslav Skorokhod and junior researcher of the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Vitaliy Zhigola.
