In the Days of Remembrance of the Victims of Famine and on the eve of the anniversary of the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine" 27 November 2013 year Pryluka museum named. VI. Maslov event was held to commemorate the victims of the Holodomor. The exhibition traveling exhibition "We blame! Holodomor 1932-1933 - genocide of the Ukrainian people ", created on materials Ukrainian Institute of National Memory researchers Chernihiv Historical Museum. VV. Tarnowska presented the prerequisites, chronicle of events and consequences of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine.
That day her visitors were representatives of local authorities, students and teachers of local schools, public, staff facilities and institutions. The event opened museum director Tatiana Zots. In their speeches, historical museum staff Vasyl Tarnowska pointed out, that Prilutsky area, during the Famine, suffered the largest loss of life among districts.
