Museum meeting for the Day of Ukrainian Cossacks

12 October Fr. 13:00 a museum meeting will be held in the Chernihiv Historical Museum named after Vasyl Tarnovsky on the occasion of the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the Intercession of the Mother of God:

• about Cossack weapons and military equipment of the XVI–XVIII centuries. from the museum collection;
• about the traditions of the celebration of the Intercession in Ukraine and its significance for Ukrainians;
• about chaplain service in the Ukrainian army

together with Father Roman Kinyk, rector of the Cathedral of Saint Catherine the Great Martyr of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, and a military priest (chaplain) 105-th border detachment named after. Volodymyr the Great by Maksym Shcherbina.
